Being the glue that binds

Working as part of a team and assisting the headquarters portfolio managers, you’ll play a key role in our delivery of quality property management services to clients. You’ll drive initiatives that help improve our capabilities in achieving the highest service levels expected by our clients. You’ll achieve such an outcome by building strong relationships not only with your team members, but also with the property’s council members and residents.

Beating the daily grind

You’ll plan the daily operations and ensure the general maintenance of the condominium. Preparing and implementing an emergency/crisis management plan will also be part of handling the operations. Handling daily operations should be in compliance with the relevant building statutory requirements.

Creating an operation rhythm

In this role, you’ll ensure that your team gets through the daily grind of managing condominium properties. Particularly, you’ll be on top of the planning to achieve optimal daily operations—from the basic stuff to the nitty gritty details such as emergency/crisis management plan preparation and rollout. While all these sound like routine on the surface, getting everything in compliance with the relevant building statutory requirements should keep things exciting.

You’ll keep all details in check, specifically in terms of budget and financial transactions. You need to be on the lookout for the vendors’ intention to renew their contracts, as well as ensure proper delivery of all their invoices and insurance. You would lead and run your workstreams independently as well as guide other junior members within your team on their workstreams. Your responsibilities would include:

• Contribute in all phases of SimplifyNext’s projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).
• Communicate with various Subject Matter Experts (SME) from the businesses to define requirements required for the solution design.
• Design, develop, test and deploy solutions and create reusable components/codes that adhere to SimplifyNext's best practices.
• Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand in accordance to SimplifyNext's best practices and code standards.
• Identify or support the creation of all appropriate use cases/process scenarios and their expected outcomes that will be used during the delivery lifecycle for the process.
• Conduct user accepting testing and rollout phases with SMEs from the businesses and ensuring that solution has fulfilled the requirements.
• Support existing automations/processes and implement change requirements.
• Guide and coach junior members on their assigned workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 3 years’ experience at a consulting or a technology organization.
• Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or Power Automate
• Proficient in VB.NET and/or C#, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Good programming, designing, coding, testing and debugging skills.
• Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading either a small project or a workstream in a large project, including client stakeholder.

• Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, logging, corrective maintenance works and to carry out warranty repairs.
