• Salary Package: Basic + Fixed Allowance + Store Incentives + OT pay = Gross $3000+
• Working Days : 5 Days [ Weekend & PH cannot off, based on weekly schedule]
• Working hours: 44 Hours/week
• OT payable after 44 hrs; PH will be double pay
• Working Location : Island Wide [ Outlet to be allocated upon interview ] *Current store at Orchard, Plaza Sing, Raffles City, upcoming store at Vivocity, Great World, One Raffles Place, Parkway Parade

• Annual Leave: Tea barista 7 days ; Senior 8 days – capped at 14 days
• Birthday leave – upon confirmation
• Probation period 3 months
• Increment $200 after probation
• Training period: 2 weeks (1st week at Tai Seng training centre, 2nd week on-site training)

Job Description

• Greeting customers and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
• Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments
• Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol
• Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to management

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Culture and Well-being Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, strong implementer, skilled facilitator and an agile self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in designing and implementing group-wide strategies, fostering a strong organizational culture and uplifting the workforces’ well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Culture Interventions: Diagnose, design and deliver fit-for-purpose interventions to enable our leaders, managers and employees to demonstrate the desired behaviours.
• Drive and manage employee well-being in a holistic approach: Execution of well-being strategy, approach and interventions.
• Facilitate Workshops and Webinars: Lead interactive workshops and webinars sessions for employees and leaders.
• Change Management: Support organizational change by developing and implementing strategies to guide employees through transitions, ensuring effective communication, employee engagement, and a smooth adaptation process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development or a related role with a proven track record of delivering successful OD programs and initiatives.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources effectively.
• Facilitation Skills: Strong workshop and group facilitation experience with the ability to engage diverse audiences, encourage participation, and manage group dynamics.
• Change Management Expertise: Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to guide teams through organizational change effectively.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent worker with the ability to take initiative and drive projects from concept to completion.
• Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to inspire the same in others.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data and trends, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
