In this position you’ll report to the BDR Manager, based in Singapore. We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office) for opportunities at our office locations.

You will be responsible for…

• Managing inbound leads as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives
• Conducting discovery conversations with prospective customers, as well as target accounts
• Building detailed insights and strategy: research, preparation, documentation, and tracking / reviewing performance are key to success
• Building trusting and growth-focused relationships internally across your team and partners
• Collaborating with Marketing to drive ROI on activities e.g. events, digital marketing, etc.
• Partner with a team of three or more Account Executives to drive pipeline growth and achieve collective goals

Qualifications we’re seeking

• 2+ Years Experience in either Sales or Business Development, or related field.
• Experience working with stakeholders in the Australia/New Zealand region
• Demonstrable strength in English language via 1) phone communication and engagement skills, and 2) written communication skills.
• Experience working in a professional office environment.

Preferred additional skills

• Proficient in using Salesforce and Salesloft (or equivalent products)
• Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales or marketing.

Quality Assurance/ Tester shall be as follows:

a) Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story;

b) Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;

c) Review, develop and align test plan, test cases, scenarios and strategies, ensure adherence to quality standards;

d) Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA, including preparing test data when necessary;

e) Develop and maintain automated test scripts;

f) Review, support and participate in functionality and technical testing such as performance testing, security, interface integration and usability testing;

g) Review test reports and results of the Authority’s appointed contractors for the Authority’s systems;

h) Collaborate and coordinate with system stakeholders and Authority’s appointed contractors for testing;

i) Review test process and recommend improvement, which includes analysing test processes and methodologies, identify area for improvement and recommend process optimisations and best practices; and

j) Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as scheduled.

Quality Assurance/ Tester proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ Tester or equivalent position and the following skill sets:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines would be preferred;

b) Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage;

c) Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to details, good interpersonal skills such as tactfulness, good presentation and listening skills;

d) Experience in the following would be advantageous:

i. Automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA; and

ii. Testing for government public services.

e) Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.
