Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and supporting project goals, budget, timelines, activities, assessments, and reviews and participate in the status meeting;
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers, ensuring project deliverables meet corporate quality standards;
• Coordinate communication between project team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration;
• Oversee the procurement of resources and materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and are delivered on time;
• Assist to implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and prepare contingency plans for potential problems;
• Support Project Managers in contract administration, project budgeting, expense tracking, and cost management;
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure smooth and timely reporting, presentation, and/or analysis;
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and track action items;
• Provide overall project progress and status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio;
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
