Oversee the cutting, trimming, and packaging of meat products according to customer specifications and retail standards.

Customer Service:

Inventory Management:

Equipment Maintenance:

Sales Goals: Work closely with the retail team to meet sales targets and identify opportunities to boost revenue.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a butcher, with leadership or supervisory roles being a strong advantage.
