Job Description & Requirements
Ā· Answering phone and email inquiries and concerns
Ā· Build strong and positive work relationships with employees
Ā· Contributing to the development of Human Resources and other department's goals, objectives, and systems
Ā· Ensure legal compliance and other administrative matters
Ā· Handle all other HR matters and administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
Ā· Handle leave administration
Ā· Implementation and understanding of project SOPs
Ā· Key employee details into the HR and Finance System
Ā· Responsible for a full spectrum of Human resources and Payroll
Ā· Lead recruitment process including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interviews and related administrative processes such as staff screening in PLRD, vetting, preparing company letters, and other ad-hoc duties
Ā· Liaise with clients to comply with their requirements
Ā· Liaising with MOM, CPF, and PLRD to ensure fair procedure and compliance with
local legislation at all times
Ā· Manage off-boarding process for resignation and terminations including conducting an exit interview
Ā· Oversee existing employeesā duties and work performance including appraisal
Ā· Perform other work duties necessary for the company
Ā· Plan employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees
Ā· Preparation of organization orientation for new staff
Ā· Prepare all company letters (LOA, Memo, Company Forms, Awards, etc.)
Ā· Process monthly staffs payroll and claims, calculate overtime and attendance checks for 200 employees
Ā· Process monthly CPF, Levy Submission, Levy Waiver, IR21 and IR8A
Ā· Process work passes application and liaises with immigration on foreign workers related matters including application, renewal & cancellation
Ā· Record keeping for employee personal files and ensure accurate information are updated
Ā· Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claims.
Job Requirements
Ā· Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource management
Ā· Preferable to have HR working experience background in the Security industry
Ā· Currently preferred applicants in Singapore
Ā· Possess a Diploma or Bachelorās Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
Ā· Manage team resources to ensure adequate staffing and capability levels
Ā· Knowledgeable of HR systems and databases
Ā· Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
Ā· Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
Ā· Experienced in managing different priorities/multitasking
