Duties may include:

• Plan, organise, and direct an establishment’s operations.
• Support back of house activities and other operational support functions (e.g. customer service, shift scheduling, cashiering, closing of till, ordering inventory, office paperwork).
• Manage inventory, resource requisitions and purchases.
• Oversee staff recruitment and training.
• Implement strategies to boost staff attitudes, morale and motivation.
• Maintain food standards and quality control.
• Analyse establishment’s performance and review operational processes to identify opportunities for innovation and/or application of technology, as well as improvement of work practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, tailored to customer profiles.
• Submit proposals to Management on improvements to the establishment (e.g. process improvement, repair and renovation).

• To assist the Maintenance Manager to implement the execution of preventive maintenance and repair schedules of all machinery, equipment and facilities and see to the proper execution by employee staff or external agencies or contractors.
• To assist the Maintenance Manager to prepare the duty roster of maintenance staff.
• To conduct daily briefing of staff and assign duties to staff to carry out the necessary building operation and engineering works.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services or equivalent. Preferably with Engineering Degree.

Job Description :

· · Assess students’ skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plans

· · Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students

· · Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student

· · Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities

· · Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one

· · Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress

· · Update IEPs throughout the school year to reflect students’ progress and goals

· · Discuss student’s progress with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators

· · Supervise and mentor teacher assistants who work with students with disabilities

· · Prepare and help students transition from grade to grade and after graduation

· · Minimum diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs)

· · Passion to help children with special needs, to maximize their talents and potential

· · Teaching experience in EIPIC will be an advantage

· · Experience working with children with learning disabilities

· · Positive learning attitude and flexibility

· Requirements:

· · Relevant certifcate and experience as a Special Education Teacher

· · Good knowledge of current special education topics and methodologies

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized.
• Provide exceptional service by responding to client inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and in-store.
• Prepare proposals for clients based on their space designs and needs.
• Manage procurement orders for clients and ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
• Conduct product training and development for the sales team.
• Create and present sales reports and metrics to upper management.
• Upsell products while maintaining a professional and client-centered approach.

Sales Metrics:

• Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Basic salary + commission-based pay structure, tied to sales performance.

Training/Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably in retail or interior design sectors.

Schedule:

• 5-day work week, including Saturdays.
• Sunday & Public Holidays off, with alternate Saturdays off.
• Monday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm.
• Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm.

Tech Skills:

• Proficient with EPOS systems, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF).
• Experience with Canva for creating simple client proposals and presentations is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a related industry (interior design or homeware) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of design trends and product knowledge within the luxury hardware market is advantageous.
