3. Facility Management:

• Ensure classrooms and common areas are organized and conducive to learning.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials for classes.

4. Communication:

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to the creation and distribution of newsletters and updates.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Centre Manager to implement policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the education centre.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, to handle both English and Mandarin speaking customers.

• Diploma in Education/Teaching/Business Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in an education center will be prioritized

• Previous experience in an educational or customer service environment is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning

environment.

• Possess a passion for working with children.

Working Conditions:

• 5 working days per week with rotational off days on both weekday and weekend

• 8 hours of working a day

• Experience working with young students with neurodevelopmental and diverse needs (18 months onwards) – minimum four years experience
• Strong command of the English language
• Knowledge of Mandarin would also be an advantage
