Requirements:

• 5.5 working days per week
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Familiar with Singapore roads is an added value

This position is on a permanent night shift basis.

Night shift - 4 days / week, 11-hour shift from 8:30 pm – 9:00 am

00:30-1:30 Dinner

05:30-06:00 Breakfast

Roles & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for coordinating and performing general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, storing inventory, picking and packing, labeling and decoding, and releasing outbound shipments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain the Stock Inventory accuracy - daily cycle count, reconcile the discrepancy, stock adjustment
• Do cycle count, if any issue needs to double check and report quality in the file, after discussing it with the supervisor.
• Maintain and do housekeeping in the warehouse daily
• Any other activities assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Description

• Load items from the warehouse to the vehicles.

• Handle collection of cash from the vending machine and handover cash collected to the company based on company’s SOP.

• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness of vending machine in accordance with company standards on machine appearance and is responsible for the normal operation of the vending machines.

• Feedback on customer complaints and problematic machine. Perform service recovery should this occurs during the replenishment of stock.

• Maintaining, conducting common troubleshooting, and removing/replacing components in vending machines.

• Adhere to safety standards as stipulated by the company.

• Willing to accept additional responsibilities assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirement

• Minimum O levels education

• Class 3 driving license

• Light-moderate physical work is required, can carry up to 25 kg load
