The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) is an inter-governmental organisation with the main objective of improving the transparency of the world rubber markets and strengthening international cooperation on rubber issues. The IRSG is the biggest worldwide community in the rubber economy. The IRSG is recognized as an International Body through the negotiation of a Headquarter Agreement with the Government of the United Kingdom in 1978. The IRSG has 35 Member Governments including European Union (28 Countries), Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, Cote D’ Ivoire, Nigeria, and Cameroon. Subsequently, a new Headquarter Agreement with the Government of Singapore was signed in 2008. The IRSG Secretariat is based in Singapore.

The mission of the IRSG is to be the world’s authoritative source of statistical data and forecasts for all aspects of the world rubber industry, including production, consumption and trade in rubber and rubber products. (1) PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE SECRETARY-GENERAL

The incumbent will act in this capacity as Personal Assistant to the Secretary-General, acting as a sounding board for ideas and ensuring enhanced efficiency and structure across the organisation. S/he is also expected to provide strategic advice and guidance on key developments within the organisation and ensure the appropriate policy approaches are developed to meet IRSG’s mission and objectives. As a result of developing and maintaining research, s/he would be expected to develop initiatives that ensure that IRSG acts as a catalyst for the rubber sector and collaborates with stakeholders on developing evidence-based approaches and support. The incumbent will provide input on strategy and ensure organisational goals are achieved in a well-coordinated, team-oriented manner.

S/he should be able to accurately reflect the Secretary-General’s position in internal and external meetings to help drive understanding of her views. Moreover, s/he works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought to the Secretary-General. S/he equally ensures Secretary-General’s time is leveraged most effectively in a meeting context; ensuring meeting objectives are realistic and preparations are appropriate.

Work in close cooperation with the Secretary-General and contribute to initiatives for management improvement by capturing, institutionalizing, and sharing best practices and lessons learned. Under the supervision of the Secretary-General, the incumbent supports overall effort to build partnerships, reporting functions, and mobilize an appropriate and sustainable funding base for IRSG from traditional and non-traditional sources. S/he will support the Secretary-General in developing partnerships building, donor mapping, and resource mobilization strategy, tools and procedures and coordinates their implementation including development of quality proposals, presentation and briefing papers to donors.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

• Review, implement, and manage comprehensive employee wellness programs addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Administer and effectively communicate employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Manage company appointed insurer and employee’s claim matters.
• Manage and address employee’s enquiries related to welfare and other HR matters promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and oversee Employee Assistance Programs to provide support for employees facing personal or work-related challenges.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data across various organisational platforms.
• Analyze employee well-being and benefits utilisation data, and related metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Schedule and implement annual, periodical, and special examinations for employees.
• Manage employee disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Assess employee's medical examination results and refer to company physician for management; monitor recommendations until the resolution of health issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Health and Safety to ensure a holistic approach to employee well-being.
• Track and monitor HR metrics.
• Manages employee accommodation matters.
• Liaise with vendors for existing and new health initiatives.
• Manage uniform inventory and handle uniform exchange and issuance.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Undertake any additional reasonable duties at the request of your Line Manager.
• Undertake any training and development activities at the request of your Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in field of HR.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Attention to detail and the ability to organise tasks in a structured and logical way;
• Legally aware of the business obligations and liabilities under the various laws and guidelines concerning Employment of both local and foreign employees.

SAFETY AND COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To adhere to all Tower Transit policies and procedures.
• To take care of your own safety and the safety of others at all times by complying with your responsibilities, particularly in relation to Work Safety and Health Act.
• To report to your Line Manager or a Supervisor any injury, collision of dangerous occurrence in which you may have been involved, or are aware of having taken place at your work location, or any concern you have about health and safety issues.

• Making Varieties of Dosai (Masaladosai, Ravadosai,Plaindosai, specialdosai,Geedosai. etc.,)

• Making Chappathi and Chappathi flour mixing

• preparation of south indian& north indian curies

• Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system

• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards

• Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes

• Handling multiple food orders at one time

• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive

• Dressing order for presentation

• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides

• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner

• Storing all food properly

• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils

• Reordering stock and food supplies

• Monitoring other cooks and team members

• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
