Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction.
• Entry level candidates will also be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to source for supplies and quotation for tendering.

Main Activities:

• Manage daily operation activities in order deliveries, office admin and customer services.
• Conduct routine inspection, weekly operation meeting and monthly toolbox meeting to plan, execute and monitor tasks assigned to the team
• To manage production planning / scheduling for biodiesel planning
• Interfaces with multiple stakeholders (Operation, Customer Service, Driver) in translating site’s production from plan to execution till final products’ delivery

Qualifications / Experience

• Relevant degree or diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Experienced in oil & gas industry is an added advantage
• Understanding or production planning and scenario planning
• Basic commercial / financial awareness
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
• Able to handle stress and meet deadlines

Main Activities:

• Handle AR & AP operations.
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
• Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
• Propose cost improvement to business units.
• Assist in implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Excellent leadership to guide and lead a team.
• Manage tax, audit or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties.
• Responsible for credit risk management.
• Liaising with the banker and experience in getting new facilities line will be an added advantage.
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation and make necessary recommendation to the Management.
• Understand business and its strategy, be an active part of the decision-making process across all facets of the business units.
• Overseeing HR team.
• Participate in other projects, programs or activities, as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent such as CPA/CFA/ACCA is a must
• At least 10 years’ experience in leading a Finance Team
• Good knowledge in finance operations, accounting fundamentals, controls and management reporting
• Prior experience in oil & gas industry is highly advantageous
• Experience in MS Dynamics 365 & ERP system will be an added advantage
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Experience in strengthening internal control and process improvement
