Job Scope:

· Taking the lead in coordinating with our appointed Contractor in ensuring that the necessary documentation; Project Schedule, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, tooling list, inspection checklist, or any other documentation as required for the project, are prepared and submission on time. 1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management

4) Ensure daily,weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management

Job Scope:

• To carry out vendor pre-qualification.
• Prepare and send RFQ (Request for Quotation).
• Purchase project materials ensuring best value is achieved for company and clients whilst complying with all company and client policies and procedures
• To negotiate on term contracts and agreements.
• Placing purchase orders for the supply of materials and equipment
• Progress and manage the delivery of all assigned project equipment and materials, including all associated documentation, in line with project timescales
• Ensure accurate reporting of information to project team members
• Liaising effectively and fostering relationships with suppliers and clients
• Maintaining purchase order records
• Closing out purchase orders, files and archiving documents
• To work closely with the suppliers and the Accounts Department on the Account Payable to ensure smooth purchase and delivery.
• To run monthly reports for analysis of procurement activities.
• To follow up for payment and monitor until delivery of goods.
• To visit and inspect the ordered materials at stores to ensure that the ordered materials are in good receipt as per PO issued. Check and Ensure all supporting documents are delivered by the supplier as per PO.
• To update the procurement status of reports periodically for all projects.
• To record and monitor all incoming purchase requisitions and to ensure that action taken within two days of receipt of PR.
• Any other assignments as from time to time assigned by manager.

Qualifications and experience required:

• At least a Diploma in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Electrical/Electronic/ Instrument Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience.
• Purchaser with proven experience in Oil and Gas projects
• Experience in Electrical/ Electronic/ Instrument procurement is an advantage.
• Good degree of computer literacy
• Confident in expediting project purchase orders
• High level of accuracy in verification of all delivery order and documentation of all projects
• Work with minimum supervision
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable understanding and adherence to project purchasing and expediting procedures
• Liaise with both internal and external personnel in a professional and helpful manner (eg vendors, buyers, engineering, document control and warehouse)
• Develop relationships with suppliers
• Commercial awareness
• Positive working and willing to learn attitude

Job Description:

• Providing secretarial, administrative, and personal supports to MD.
• Conduct weekly diary meeting with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests. (e.g. meeting appointments, travel schedule, and travel arrangements).
• Schedule and manage meetings on behalf of MD, between him and his direct reports and the committees and group to which he is a member.
• Assist MD to follow up on task assigned to subordinate and manage MD’s appointment.
