Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders

· Handle Import/Export permit declarations, custom clearance

· Attend to customer enquiries and follow up enquiry

· Follow up shipment movement with overseas agents and update customers closely

· Prepare full set of shipping documents

· Arrange and coordinate import/export shipments

· Coordinate sea/ air freight shipments and transport arrangement

· Liaise with air/sea freight forwarding, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipment

· Process shipping operation and courier service

· Handling of all billing and invoices

· Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 Years in relevant experience
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and powerpoint)
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

• Required to work evening but practises flexible scheduling.
• $10 to $17 - Salary commensurate with working experience.
