· Assist with conducting and evaluating active ageing programmes within and outside the centre.

· Provide befriending and buddying services to frail and vulnerable elderly at their homes.

· Conduct community outreach and relevant need assessments to elderly within designated service boundary.

· Provide referral to help services for the elderly in needs.

· Perform administrative and reporting duties such as enrol new members, attendance records, visitation notes, and other data or statistics collection as required by the authorities.

· Perform tasks needed to facilitate effective centre operations.

· Perform any duties as assigned by the reporting / centre manager.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma Holder.

· Experience in eldercare, healthcare or social service is preferred.

· Able to speak dialects (e.g., Hokkien, etc.) and simple Malay is desirable.

Responsibilities:

Adhering and implementing Malca-Amit Vaulting Procedures

Inventory Handling:

Assist in receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments

Label, tag, and organize inventory items for storage or dispatch

Picking and Packing:

Fulfill orders by picking items from shelves or bins according to pick lists

Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Inventory Management:

Data entry of all Vault transactions into the WMS system accurately and timely (same day)

Data entry of all Vault maintenance (change of location) into WMS accurately and timely (same day)

Stock Maintenance:

Perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.

Assisting in Logistics:

Assist in loading and unloading trucks or containers.

Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving documents.

Assist in preparing reports related to inventory levels or warehouse activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Meticulous in handling transactions and during report preparation
• Team player. Ability to work in a team to handle daily duties
• Logistics / Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• Schedules customers’ requirements to facilitate efficient process for order fulfillment and customer service.
• Assist in facilitating cross-functional co-operation between Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics to meet customer delivery satisfaction.
• Ensure availability of finished products for customers as well as assist the logistics goal in meeting target inventory turns and minimize risk of obsolescence.

Requirements :

• "O" Level or Diploma Holder
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Working in manufacturing environment will be preferred
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team
• Multi-tasks and able to work under face-paced work environment
• 5 days work week (8.15am to 5.15pm)
• Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Planning and implementation of upgrades and modifications to existing electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensuring that all electrical systems and equipment comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective/preventive maintenance actions as necessary.
• Maintaining documentation related to maintenance and facilities.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Perform ad-hoc activities and support as required by superiors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification with computer literacy.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with electrical installations and maintenance.
• Preferably specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities, Equipment and Machinery).
• Knowledge of PLC control, PLC troubleshooting and modification will be an advantage.
• Hands-on electrical repair and troubleshooting experience is a must.
• Good commumication skills to foster teamwork and know-how exchange.
