• Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows :
• Monday to Fridays 1.00pm to 7.00pm
• 30 hours per week.

Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager.

To oversee daily operation of the shop, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

Job Descriptions

1. Store Operations

• Managing all aspects of shops operations, including opening ans closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining shops cleanliness and organization.

2. Sales and Profitability

• Achieve sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.

• Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Monitoring expenses and proposing cost control measures to maximize profitability.

3. Staff Management

• Implement training programs, and supervising store start.

• Setting performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.

• Scheduling shifts and managing payroll.

• Motivating and engaging employees to ensure a high level of customer service.

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

4. Customer Service

• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met by the store staff.

• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Creating a positive shopping experience for customers and building customer loyalty

5. Safety and Security

• Ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.

• Implementing loss prevention measures to minimize theft and protect company assets.

6. Relationship Management

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.

• Collaborating with other departments, such as human resources, to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements and skills

• BS/MS OR degree in business administration or a related field

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sale manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Chauffeur the Director
• Running errands for the Director
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the car at all times
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess a record free driving license and practice excellent and safe driving habits
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Must be very willing to work according to CEO schedule
• Able to work weekends and overtime when necessary
• Punctual, Responsible, Honest and Polite
• Friendly personality, well-mannered
