Tasks:

• Assist the Director Business Development and Business Development team in the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects for regional development strategy and internal improvement measures
• Support Manager Business Development in developing, preparing, and rolling out strategic initiatives and projects
• Support Retail Development with network planning and implementation of corporate architecture standards as well as with projects to continuously improve dealer performance
• Support the team in preparing monthly reports and key administrative tasks

• Study in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or relevant other studies
• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program

JOB DESCRIPTION

Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 month as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list, work with HNWI and of course, how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering service beyond expectation.

The Restaurant Manager of Butcher’s Block is responsible to support the Restaurant General Manager for supervising the overall operations and service standards of the outlet to meet and exceed guest’s dining experience expectations. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for stepping up in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager to fulfil the role as the “face” and ambassador of the restaurant, leading the venue’s personality and soul. You will be expected to take ownership of the operations and to ensure that the business is optimised in line with the vision and financial projection set out by the management. We are looking for the right candidate to realise the aspirations to make Butcher’s Block one of Singapore’s most recognised and loved sustainable restaurant concept.

1. Installation, configuration & maintenance of local infrastructure (i.e. desktop, server, hardware, OS, software, telephony & networking) 

1. Identify, analyse, troubleshoot & resolve IT incidents & service requests within specified agreed SLA timeframes 

1. Ensure the correct operational and change management processes and procedures are adhered to at all times 

1. Manage customer expectation with regular & effective communication and updates.  

1. Escalate severe incidents to Country IT manager/team lead and/or relevant regional functional lead. 

1. Provide customer induction & training as and when required 

1. Perform routine operational & administrative duties (e.g. ID provisioning, access control, back up & restore) 

1. Assist & support Groupe initiatives/projects and operational matters as and when required. 

1. Work closely with the Global Solution Centre (and other functional IT teams) on all day-to-day customer support matters.  

Key duties:  

1. React to issues in a controlled and professional manner 

1. Communicate with the agency user community in non-IT language 

1. Be discreet and maintain confidentiality when around, or have access to, sensitive information. 

1. Ensure client pitch activity is supported to the highest standard 

1. Investigate patiently about a user problem to better determine the solution 

1. From time to time, may be required to work extended hours to achieve immediate business driven results
