1. Strategic Project Management from CEO and CFO Offices:

• Ensure our DRIs (project teams) are executing according to plan for our strategic projects, ensuring all KPIs are met, providing the necessary support and oversight to keep projects on track.
• Work along with Project Teams (DRIs) to nfacilitate the development of comprehensive project plans based on project management’s requirements according to best practices, including objectives, work break-down, project team, timelines, resource allocation, risk management and post project completion review.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate project performance against established KPIs, identifying areas where improvement is needed.

2. KPI Monitoring and Reporting:

• Assist the CEO and CFO in setting the clear KPIs for each project along with the Project Teams/ Project Lead, ensuring they align with broader company objectives.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.

Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models

Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose

Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models

Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant’s RFI to reflect the design intent

Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings

Creation of 2D families

Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)

Requirements

Min Higher Nitec Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering or BIM

Proven track record with at least 2 years full experiences with BIM, preferably from Main Contractor or Consultants

Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office

Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently

Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central technical resource / interface with design engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality, marketing and field as the product(s) move through the Product Life Cycle
• Work to optimize serviceability, reduce cost-of-service through all stages of the PLC, and improve short- and long-term product service revenue performance
• Drive continuous improvement of system hardware, diagnostics and software, tooling, technical documentation, knowledge management, and training
• Influence early PLC designs to include features that will optimize KLA’s service business: calibrations and diagnostics, Cost of Service (CoS), reliability, design tolerances, Intellectual Property (IP) protection
• Participate in difficult beta and sustaining escalation efforts, analyze data from various sources, and work with divisional experts to provide a detailed action plan suitable for execution by Customer Service Engineer (CSE) and Technical Support Engineer (TSE)

Responsibilities:

· Involve in the care teams assessment of clients in maintenance day care, dementia day care and community rehabilitative programmes;

· Develop and implement care plans for clients and their caregivers with other care team members;

· Perform assessment of the client’s physical mobility and falls risk;

· Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions based on assessment of clients;

· Conduct functional mobility, training, including the prescription and use of appropriate mobility and/or walking aids;

Qualification:

· Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy

· Obtained full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore

· 1-2 years of relevant working experience in geriatric/senior care centre setting or with persons with dementia is preferred

· Good written and spoken English

· Ability to converse in Mandarin and major dialects is an advantage (in order to conduct education and training for Mandarin and dialect speaking client’s caregivers and provides support as required.)
