· Ability to converse in Mandarin and major dialects is an advantage (in order to conduct education and training for Mandarin and dialect speaking client’s caregivers and provides support as required.)

What you will do

• Responsible for category such as packaging & transportation,
• Support material/parts sourcing for new product developement.
• Identify cost saving opportunity through price negotiation, developing alternate source/materials, global consolidation and etc.
• Support Procurement in related audits, supplier evaluation, documentation control and etc.
• Driving negotiation topics with vendors.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement
• Strong analytical and negotiations skills.
• Advanced communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills for working with global stakeholders.

· Provide service at the respective sports outlets-

o Gym / Squash counter (to issue towels, daily lockers & assist with squash & tennis courts booking)

o Billiards room (billiards and pool table booking, sales of drinks)

o Bowling Alley (bowling lanes booking, tennis courts booking).

· Ensure members abide by the various sports outlets Rules & Regulations.

· Assist to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the various sports outlets

· Ensure proper booking and correct billing for the use of the facilities.

· Assist in Club’s event when required

· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE N Level and above

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Related certification in sports and wellness will be an advantage

· Pleasant disposition and service oriented

· Must be prepared to work shifts on weekends and public holidays

· Immediate availability preferred.
