Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
• Develop marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Digital Marketing:
• Execute digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Develop and optimize digital campaigns to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and online visibility.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

1. Content Creation and Management:

• Create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Develop content calendars and manage content distribution across different platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

1. Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.
• Develop social media strategies to increase followers, drive engagement, and generate leads.

1. Marketing Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.

Job Description

• Support the Project Management Team (PMT) on all logistics issues.
• Liaison with client’s logistics department, understand the requirement, to ensure smooth accomplishment of projects
• To work with Procurement department for the preparation of Logistic tender for project.
• Create a plan or time-table for the movement of material to meet project schedule.
• Liaison with Vendors on the shipping information and tracking the progress of deliverables
• To work with QA/QC department and Project Management Team to ensure Vendor’s carries out the proper packing that meet Client’s requirement.
• To check the submission from the Vendor and get clearance from the Client prior the shipment.
• Obtain more quotations when necessary for major shipment
• Provide quotations to PMT for issuance of Logistics Requisition Form (LRF)
• Responsible for issuance of shipping document (Packing List, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice, Custom Certificate and Certificate of Origin)
• Coordinate with the warehouse on all crating and packing of materials
• Arrange the transportation of purchased materials, conduct receiving activities, including storage of goods
• To keep records all transactions
• Matching of invoices (Forwarders/ Courier)
• To keep records of stock level if there is any
• To work closely with storeman

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain management
• Min. 2 years experience in the logistics industry
• Good knowledge of import / export, taxes & duties, customs and shipping procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Able to work as team

• Basic salary with % profit sharing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, wash and replenish the food ingredients that are needed by the Cook (wok) to cook the menu items
• Checking, ordering and receiving of stock in the kitchen (i.e. meat, seafood, dry ingredients and vegetables)
• Ensuring raw ingredients are fresh and properly stored in the fridge/chiller at correct temperatures
• Ensuring cut vegetables are fresh and suitable for use (i.e. not wilted or rotten)
• Assist in taking kitchen orders, plating and/or packing.
• Keep the cleanliness of the workstation at all times

Knowledge and Skills

• Knows the correct cooking procedures of all the menu items including fried items
• Familiar with all the ingredients required for each menu item
• Able to prepare and proportion a particular dish in bulk (to save time).
• Knows how to read customer’s order in the order slip (from kitchen printer)
• Knows food hygiene and safety standards
