Coordinate amongst various stakeholders at worksite to ensure work alignment.

Ensure the progress of works is on schedule.

Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.

Enforce and manage the permit to work system at site(s).

Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.

Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.

Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.

Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.

Comply to all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standard for site works on site(s).

Any related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

You will be responsible for recommending and performing a range of beauty treatments, including the following job responsibilities:

· Hands-on experience in performing professional skin analysis and treatments for customers.

· Maintain a good relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service.

· Attend to client needs and provide professional advice on pre-treatment and post-treatment care.

· Introduce packages such as slimming, hair removal, facial, etc, to customers depending on their requirement(s).

· Ensure overall cleanliness of treatment room, sterilisation of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables.

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience as beauty therapist.

· Good knowledge of aesthetics treatments and procedures.

· Hands-on experience in performing treatments.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service sills.

· Basic language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients on different beauty treatments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish coach network
• Client Specific - Conduct continuous review of the customer pipeline to proactively identify potential business opportunities
• Portfolio Refresh - Organize and prepare quarterly review with all sectors to review expiring contracts and leases to formulate potential strategies including RES opportunities
• Strategic Investment - Participate in DHL Supply Chain led annual review of country strategy including providing RES team input on potential upcoming logistics markets

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients by following recipes;slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring,whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; plating meals.

• Completes hot meal preparation by grilling,sautéing, roasting, frying, and broilingingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.

• Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures;maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required and maintains appropriate dating, labelling and rotation of all food items.

• Contributes to daily,holiday and theme menus in collaboration with supervisor.

Job Description:

• Plan and create content for online channels do not limit to social media, microsite, etc
• Develop pages, posts, and applications to appeal to the target audience
• Conduct in-depth social media research to develop various social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content to understand the Management needs

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Computer Graphics or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably with social media design experience
• Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, ike Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
• Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player

• Play in both competitive and friendly football matches.
