Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility towork late evenings

Must be willing to work on weekends/PH.(Strictly off on week days)

Field work required. Need to do delivery if driveris off / medical leave or urgency of goods whenrequired

Must have knowledge to control storage roomtemperatures for frozen products, vegetables etc

1. The ideal candidate for the role of RTO-Building should possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an RTO, with a focus on supervising works related to bored piling and temporary, including at least three (3) years of direct supervision experience.
2. A Diploma from a Polytechnic or equivalent qualifications is highly preferred for the RTO-Geo position.
3. Accreditation with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore is a mandatory requirement for the RTO-Geo role.
4. In addition to relevant qualifications and experience, the RTO-Geo must hold a valid certificate in the Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
5. The successful candidate for the RTO-Geo position should have developed and implemented a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or its equivalent.
6. Proficiency in understanding and applying statutory codes, quality control procedures, and construction administration is essential for effective site supervision and progress reporting.
7. Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are key attributes expected from the RTO-Geo.
8. The RTO-Geo should demonstrate competence in maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records tracking the progress of work.
9. Being proactive in identifying, addressing, and managing site issues while fostering a positive team spirit is a crucial aspect of the RTO-Geo's responsibilities.
10. Flexibility and willingness to work shifts are required for the RTO-Geo role to ensure effective site supervision and management.
11. Must be willing to work shifts as required.

• Prepare tender submissions, cost reports, and cost plans and evaluate tender.
• Responsible for tender to pre-contract and post-contract administration duties.
• Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, and attend site visits and tender briefings/meetings.
• Evaluate and review tender drawings for discrepancies.
• Responsible for quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, and sourcing and selecting subcontractors.
• Liaise, communicate and work with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Evaluating quotations from Subcontractors/suppliers according to tender requirements.
• Timely preparation of cost estimations, technical data & unit rates.
• Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will provide direct nursing care and ensure quality care is delivered. You will also provide guidance to patients and caregivers on the prescribed care and treatment. In addition, you will participate in quality improvement projects to improve patient care delivery.

Requirements

· National ITE Certificate in Nursing

· Enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to perform 3 rotating shifts

Job requirement:
