Key Responsibilities:

• Drive for requirements and specifications development and translate them into design guidelines and test protocols.

• Provide mechanical design and design optimization involving 3D modelling/2D drawing, tolerance stack-up analysis, material selection, structure analysis, process and tooling (stamping, die casting).

SUMMARY OF ROLE

As an Environment, Health, Safety Engineer, you will be the leading the operations for EHS for our Singapore sites for safety matters, EHS trainings and reviewing any procedures. You will also be the advisor for EHS related legislation and requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To maintain and implement environmental, health and safety (EHS) management framework and programs for Singapore sites.

The Job

As the Social Media Executive, you will enhance Mighty Jaxx’s corporate branding through social media content and press releases. In your role, you will propose and implement initiatives to promote the Mighty Jaxx brand, improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty, to drive brand equity. Together with the marketing and corporate communications departments, you will support market research activities to generate relevant market insights for the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute social media strategies for new product launches
• Manage and own the social media content calendar
• Develop and execute sustenance strategies for long-running marketing campaigns to continuously grow new sub-brands and audience
• Develop and execute results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy, in line with corporate and brand direction
• Set goals and develop reporting metrics for each social media platform
• Craft effective campaign briefs for creative team
• Work with the marketing & creative teams to create high quality and timely content that engages with a wide range of audience types
• Work closely with the marketing & creative teams to develop KOL engagement activities and develop supporting assets for campaigns
• Build lasting relationships with existing KOLs / influencers, and actively engage new content creators for campaigns
• Create and distribute engaging copy across all social media platforms
• Research on new audience interests and behavior to develop relevant, localised, and engaging content plans for multiple social platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok)

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media management, product marketing, brand management and/or agency experience
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, social media, PR and retail trends and insights
• Experience working with a consumer brand in toys, collectibles, art and technology would be a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and other reporting tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Self motivated, and comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams
• Would be required to work with overseas stakeholders, including our team in China, so fluency in written and spoken Mandarin will be a plus

• Enforces controls to minimize food and supply waste and pilferage.
• Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to assure consistency of quality and costs.
• Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
• Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
• Cooks or directly supervises the cooking of items that require skillful preparation.
