The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor communicates the quality policy and objectives to help ensure the maintenance of the overall healthcare compliance for the operation/department. Responsibilities

• Monitors and instructs for compliance to UPS SCS site license requirements (DEL, MDEL, CDS, PCR).
• Promotes Issue resolution, risk management, continuous improvements and project initiatives.
• Facilitates, hosts, and respond to audits (Internal, Regulatory Agencies and Clients)
• Assists with creation, revision, and approval of Controlled Documents (SOP/WI/Forms).
• Provides investigation and Non-conformance reporting, including development of proactive strategies for preventing recurrence.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science or equivalent

Design and development of end-to-end product testing plan which includes functional, integration & performance testing.

Experience in testing mobile applications (Xamarin Android & iOS).
Experience in testing desktop applications on Windows & MacOS platforms.
Experience in Non-functional testing viz integration & performance testing; experience with relevant tools like JMeter/JProfiler/JQuery etc. would be an added plus.
Knowledge of Agile development processes, best practices & scrum-relevant frameworks like Jira, Kanban, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
