Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek a Regional Senior Visual Merchandising Executive who will be responsible for the conceptualization of the visual merchandising plans in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, implement and uphold visual merchandising standards for all stores in all countries

• Assist in delivering consistent and outstanding display for new store opening projects

• Producing visual merchandising projects efficiently to contribute to sales

• Manage all stakeholders and lead team to operation excellence

• Propose product zoning

• Ensure all displays and projects align with global directives and brand image

• Manage product presentation, store windows, campaign implementations

Key Requirements

• 5 years experience in visual merchandising

• Previous fashion retail experience skills preferred

• Visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics, Ability to generate new ideas and concepts

• Good communication skills and can-do attitude

• Strong systematic organized to approach to work

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Job Description

• To provide Support full spectrum finance duties, including but not limited to procurement, payments, accounts receivables
• To provide grant management administration, such as grant claims, progress report’s financial reporting and other grant variation request.
• To provide administrative support, such as assets management, filing, phone enquiries, mails collections, stationery orders, etc
• To provide finance and administrative support for Annual Meeting and assist in pre and post event activities
• To assist in other finance or administrative functions as and when required by team

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in Administration, Accounting or Finance, and minimum 2 years of work experiences

• Positive working attitude
• Good organization and communication skills
• Experience in SAP HANA, Ariba
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application like Excel, Word, Teams, DocuSign and online communication application is an added advantage
