The successful candidate will play a key role in providing tax compliance and advisory services to our corporate clients, reporting to the Tax Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in providing tax compliance and tax advisory services to a portfolio of corporate clients in diverse industries.

· Handle corporate income tax compliance work for a portfolio of clients, including public listed companies and SMEs. This includes preparation of income tax computations as well as Form C tax returns.

· Respond to tax queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regarding clients' tax matters. This may involve lodging Notices of Objection with the IRAS when necessary.

· Work on ad-hoc tax advisory projects such as cross-border tax advisory, group restructuring, and tax due diligence projects as assigned by management.

· Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the tax team.

Requirements:

· Studies in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in tax compliance and advisory services.

· Strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations and compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
