Role Overview: As the Product Marketing Director at Aethir, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the success and growth of our innovative products. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage your deep understanding of market trends to position our products effectively in the market. Web3 experience is highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive product adoption and growth.
• Product Positioning: Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Go-to-Market Plans: Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including coordinating with product development, sales, and communication teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Director or similar senior marketing role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and adoption.

The Opportunity

The Job

He/she will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to support new policy administration system (PAS) end-to-end process integration to PSGL. This is around the migration of current policy administration system to new policy administration system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with a broader Finance Operations and Finance Change Delivery team.
• Work with various stakeholders in ensuring the quality of data that flows into the general ledger.
• Assistance in providing and reviewing requirements on Finance Operations requirements.
• Have a broad knowledge of cash management and interbank fund transfer functions.
• Undertake testing tasks for system integration with GL for a variety of finance operations activities.
• Write and review range of testing documentation and provide submissions to the project team.
• Coordinate testing tasks for specific projects, progress issues and escalate where necessary.
• Regularly review testing processes to identify ways to improve efficiency.
• Plan and support validation activity for live releases of new system.
• Ability to influence and challenge to ensure that finance operations requirement and controls are represented.
• Coordinate activities of testing and provide support/coaching to the finance operations team.
• Work collaboratively with software delivery and change delivery representing finance operations.
• Review test documentation and provide coaching and feedback to finance operations team.

The Talent

• Minimally 6 years of Finance operations experience.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience working on Life Insurance Policy Admin is a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge on remediating issues arising from balance sheet substantiation and reconciliation review.
• Able to know and to collaborate with Operations and other impacted stakeholders to implement processes to support embedding of FLOD (First Line of Defense).
• Experience in testing eBAO PAS or any Life Insurance PAS and insurance products are advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of the testing process
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex issues.
• Good decision-making skills to be able to evaluate importance of defects found during testing, based on impact

About this job:

Regulatory and statutory reporting

• Responsible for maintaining compliance with the requirements of relevant Insurance Act, Companies Act, Income Tax and other regulatory requirements
• Assist in the analysis of the quarterly USGAAP results and coordination of the MAS quarterly close for the Singapore entity
• Accurate and timely submissions of MAS regulatory returns to MAS and other regulatory bodies in accordance with format and requirements as required
• Support the preparation of other relevant reports for Management and the Audit Committee/Risk Committee/Board of Directors
• Responsible for the timely preparation of quarterly GST Returns
• Liaising with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax matters
• Liaising with banks on banking matters

IFRS 17 reporting

• Assist in the preparation of IFRS 17 financial statements by working closely with various teams across the Group producing the IFRS 17 results. Full training and continuous support for this part of the role will be provided.
