Job Purpose:

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Adoption team

• You will build and own your team’s roadmap to make sure that we achieve our mission by helping us grow the number of people using our card.

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Client Experience Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to our clients across a number of products and services. This support will be delivered not only through 1:1 inbound inquiries but also through engaging and educational proactive interactions.
