• Responsible for reviewing the original invoices and accounting vouchers in compliance with Hotel’s standards;
• Ensure monthly bank settlement, petty cash reimbursement and checking cash on hand and bank deposits regularly for reconciliation;

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Assist in providing tax compliance and tax advisory services to a portfolio of corporate clients in diverse industries.

· Handle corporate income tax compliance work for a portfolio of clients, including public listed companies and SMEs. This includes preparation of income tax computations as well as Form C tax returns.

· Respond to tax queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regarding clients' tax matters. This may involve lodging Notices of Objection with the IRAS when necessary.

· Work on ad-hoc tax advisory projects such as cross-border tax advisory, group restructuring, and tax due diligence projects as assigned by management.

· Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the tax team.

Requirements:

· Studies in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and advisory services.

· Strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations and compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing, processing and reviewing the KYC information and documents for client onboarding or periodic review

- Work, coordinate and liaise across businesses and compliance units for timely completion of account onboarding and periodic review

- Follow thoroughly the CDD and KYC review with relevant parties (both external & internal stakeholders)

- Perform AML Risk Assessment on both account opening and periodic reviews of existing relationships, including reviewing the adequacy of SOW / SOF corroboration and identifying any AML risk

- Adhering to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and keeping abreast of changes to any regulatory requirements on AML / CFT communicated by the team

- Ensuring established policies, procedures and processes are compliant with new requirements/changes and consistency of workflows amongst team members

- Other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

You will be part of the Vector Control and Operations Division responsible for planning and implementing vector-borne disease surveillance, prevention, and control programmes. Your role is in the Suppression Operations, Contract Management and Audits branch and you will lead a team.
