Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the existing team in:

· Designing new and refreshing existing product lines for both form and function

· Constantly researching the industry for potential products

· Producing product graphics & marketing materials

· Traveling to and communicating with our Chinese suppliers as well as our North America team

· Communicating between our regulatory team and our suppliers to ensure the proper regulations and certifications are met

· Sourcing new materials for new and existing products

· Managing supply chain and inventory

Requirements :

· Creative, high agency, independent, fast learning

· Engineering or Science or Tech or Business background

· Ability to travel outside Singapore on a regular basis

· Working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese

· 3D design skills with softwares such as Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar is a bonus but not required

· Previous work experience not required, we will teach you on the job

· Ability to start immediately

• Understanding of network security best practices and tools.

RolesOperations: Deliver professional cleanliness, effectivess and efficiencies in the cafe

Food & Beverage: Prepare and serve food and beverages at the highest standard, taste and presentation

As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our online sales and marketing efforts. You will assist in managing our eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will spend 70% of your time on creative operations, 30% on data analytics across 3 brands across SEA.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing Management:

• Assist in creating briefs for new product launches images, product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

2. Platform Management:

• Oversee the operations and performance of the eCommerce platform - ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience.
• Collaborate with affiliate teams to optimize product pages, including images, descriptions, and keywords.
• Analyze user experience data, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance the online shopping experience and smooth checkout processes.
• Effectively communicate issues and/or delays to key stakeholders.

3. Campaign Support:

• Assist in creating briefs for online promotional campaigns
• Review eCommerce site performance and recommend optimization plans

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Experience in Lazada store operations a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
