Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
• At least 5 years in HR Business Partners Experience
• Familiarity with Excel and an interest in learning Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau
• Eagerness to engage with unstructured data to derive insights and contribute to solving business problems
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to develop presentation skills and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strong passion for working with numbers and data Prepared to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
• Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
