· Review hotels benefits scheme to ensure compliance with minimum benefits requirements as per laws.

4. Compensation and Benefits projects

· Participate in compensation and benefits projects.

· Assist in reviewing expatriates packages, allowances, benefits, and recommend enhancements to remain competitive.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, preferably with specialization on Compensation and Benefits.

· At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefit.

· Prior experience in compensation consulting firm is preferred.

· Experience with job evaluation, preferably using Hay or Mercer methodologies.

· Good working knowledge of personal income regulations, labor laws and employment regulations.
