• Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from layout plans and sketches, knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering technique.

• Well-versed with 3D Studio Max, V-ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and / or Sketchup.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Strong design background with a clear and proven understanding of spatial design, illustration design and layout.
• Good AutoCAD skills for technical drawings
• Interest in luxury, fashion or FMCGs industries preferred.

A glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Identification and assessment of current state processes based on interviews, focus group discussions, data gathering, etc.
• Development of future state processes in consultation with stakeholder groups including the Authority’s contractors/vendors.
• Facilitation of stakeholder group discussions or workshops to gather requirements, seek concensus on proposed future state processes, etc.
• Documentation of process models using the Authority’s preferred tool.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, IT or equivalent fields
• Minimum 3 years (or 5 years for Senior Subcontractor) of relevant experience in performing the Role.
• Knowledge in data management technologies, including data lake and warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools.

Job Description

• Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating of ‘live’ events, conferences and exhibitions in Singapore and regional countries.
• Manage all production requirements for events and exhibitions including application of necessary permits and licenses.
• Vendor sourcing and managing suppliers relationships.
• Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post event closing.
• On site set up assistance and management for events and exhibitions.
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day.

Criteria

• Relevant academic background in project / production management for relevant events, conferences or exhibition.
• Up to 2 years’ relevant experience and knowledge in set construction requirements for events and exhibitions.
• Detailed communication and follow up with internal design and events teams.
• Supplier management and quality control to ensure suppliers deliver high quality finishing.
• Good organisational techniques with attention to details.
• Understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans.
• Possess positive attitude.

Responsibilities:-
• Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and training in SOP training for the product development team.
• Update food cost and assist in writing the SOP manuals to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized files and records related to product development projects, including recipes and other documentation.
• Prepare reports and other materials as needed for product development projects, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in content and formatting.
• Perform adhoc duties and other administrative duties related to kitchen maintenance and operations, such as organizing and restocking supplies, monitoring inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and purchasing of ingredients.

Requirements:-
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Interest in cooking and product development is preferred.
• Experience in handling food, such as in a culinary or food service setting, is highly valued.
• Proven experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
