Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, or
• MSc in Speech and Language Pathology (No experience candidate-entry level), or
• MSc / MA in Speech-Language Pathology (U.S.A) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
• Valid membership with local professional body/association preferred

You will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health care team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness. You will also identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems.

In addition, you will recommend and monitor patient drug therapy and provides drug information. Your role requires to interact with patients, family, and other health care providers as appropriate to assure continuity of services and to achieve desired patient outcomes through safe, timely, and cost-effective drug therapy. You will need to ensure the accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceuticals, and provides education to patients, Pharmacy staff and other health care practitioners.

Job Requirements

• Graduate from a School of Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Valid membership with local professional body/association is preferred where applicable.
• Experience as a Pharmacist in relevant clinical settings and demonstrated competency will be an advantage.
• Candidates with 4 years of experience can qualify for the Senior Pharmacist position

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patients with a seamless delivery of care which is of high-quality, safe and cost-efficient. You will provide occupational therapy services to patients for their optimal recovery and you will also educate their caregivers about condition and care. You will manage a team and be in-charge of developing the team’s competencies and distribution of workload.

• Diploma* in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor/Master in Occupational Therapy [* A-level entry diploma accredited by the World Federation of Occupational Therapy (WFOT)]
• For Senior Occupational Therapist - At least 4 years of experience as Occupational Therapist with 1 year of supervisory experience
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
• Able to work well independently and in groups
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supermarket consignment
• Care for flowers and plants and maintain the optimum condition for their storage
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop/store
• Packing and unpacking of flowers
• Sales of flower and plants
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

Requirements

• Singaporean, Singapore PR or Malaysian
• Basic use of computer
• POS experience preferred (if not, it can be trained)
