We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Ecommerce cum Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ecommerce strategies and digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ecommerce, digital marketing, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

1. Ecommerce Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end management of the ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations, user-friendly navigation, and a seamless customer experience.

- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize online sales and profitability.

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate stock availability.

- Implement effective order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email marketing, and display advertising.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and potential growth opportunities.

- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and make data-driven decisions.

3. Content Creation and Management:

- Create engaging and persuasive content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media channels, and email campaigns.

- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials.

- Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and drive customer engagement.

- Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Conduct regular website audits to identify usability issues, optimize landing pages, and improve overall user experience.

- Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to optimize conversion funnels and increase online sales.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

• Follow up with sales quotations and enquiries that will lead to sales closure;
• Data entry, file, set up and organize office systems;
• Liaise with principals, dealers and logistic providers for shipping arrangements;
• Prepare and follow-up on shipping documentation;
• Liaise with external vendors;
• Perform some basic accounting duties (such as, but not limited to petty cash, staff claims, accounts due, and book-keeping) and liaise with external accounting vendors;

Job Description

Manage and monitor all financial aspects including but not limited to budget & cost control of Projects assigned and ensure project runs within budget

Handle project from award of contract till completion including final accounts.

Prepare procurement list and schedule according to Architect specification and project schedule.

Source, liaise, compile and evaluate quotations from respective subcontractors according to requirement, specification and time schedule including drafting of Subcontract Document.

Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and others.

Ensure timely submission of VO cost on day to day or weekly basis and communicate with project manager; timely submission of monthly progress claims; final account closing.

Evaluate all VO claims from sub-contractors and ensure all the variation orders are carried out in order & according to proper procedure.

Effective follow up on payment certificate to sub-contractors and payment advice to client

Prepare tender submissions, handle progress claims/payments, VO & finalize projects

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor

Min 2-year of experience in Quantity Surveyor or relevant for landed house project.

Familiar with various high-end materials used for luxury house.

Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese-speaking associate.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, good knowledge in local standards & requirements.

Familiar with AutoCAD & Revit.
