3. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, care plans, documentations, interventions, and progress
• Maintain the inventory list of documentations and financial assistance
• Provide monthly report for Management
• Facilitates internal and external Audits

4. Collaboration and Teamwork

• Work with the team to provide holistic care for residents
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and adjust care plans as necessary

5. Compliance and Ethical Considerations

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by relevant regulatory bodies
• Comply with organisational policies and procedures related to resident care and confidentiality

Requirements

• GCE “O” or “A” levels with 2 years of relevant healthcare industry experience
• Possess empathy and patience dealing with residents, next-of-kins and staff alike
• Demonstrate initiative to identify, plan, develop and implement resourcefulness to find solutions to missing gaps in work processes and mutually benefits stakeholders.
• Good communications and people engagement skills
• Good organisation ability
• Able to form networks and strong linkages with stakeholders
