• Advice the occupier on the following matters in respect to the Environmental, Health and Safety requirement of the project:

1. The prevention of injury to personnel and damage to equipment and materials, including the application of safety procedures
2. Further improvements to existing safe / sound working method and risk assessment including those arising from new developments.
3. The provision, use of suitability and required standards of protective clothings and safety equipments.
4. The suitability of new and hired plant and equipment and the validity of all appropriate test certificates.
5. Any changes in legislation related to safety, health and welfare.

• Monitors the overall EHS performance of the project, identifying unsafe conditions and procedures and recommending corrective actions.
• Recommends to the Project Manager for cessation of work in such a condition that works cannot be carried out with due regards to workman's safety
• Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all safety and health record keeping systems and will liaise with the Statutory Bodies with regards to any EHS matters.
• Act as Secretary to the EHS Committee.
• Conduct & Compile daily and monthly EHS reports.
• Collates data (or summary) from EHS inspection failures by EHS personnel, MOM & NEA summons / court orders / demerit points, EHS incidents and accidents, etc to perform data analysis to facilitate problem-solving and continual improvement.
• Generates corrective and preventive action requests for EHS violations / deviations to the responsible site personnel / sub-contractor and monitors on the effectiveness of undertaken EHS corrective and preventive actions;
• Responsible for administration of the site-specific Project QEHS Management System, and identifies required changes or updates to this system, if any, to the QEHS and Project Manager; Coordinates with and provides directions to the WSH Coordinator, Safety Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor, Scaffold Supervisor and Formwork Safety Supervisor, and other EHS personnel on the day-to-day EHS activities of the worksite;

1) Planner (Standards)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Preferred knowledge / experience in suite of TRAX application in Aviation Maintenance and Engineering such as eMRO, eMobility etc.
• Preferred experience in aircraft maintenance or maintenance check planning for AIRBUS and/or BOEING commercial aircraft.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and able to adapt to new software applications quickly.
• Perform data import, population, verification and assignment in TRAX environment and MS Excel.
• Confident to engage and work with people of different levels.
• Able to work under pressure and over the weekends at times.

2) Planner (Bay)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure pre-loaded spares are in order prior to start of an aircraft check;
• Perform all SAP-related functions in the ops room, including ordering of spares, aircraft configuration update and job card processing;
• Perform paperwork audit for aircraft checks;
• Arrange support from Workshops or Contractors for aircraft on-site job;
• Following up on SECTARs and withdrawal of jobcards after check completion;
• Monitor and coordinate timely arrival of all spares to meet flowchart target;
• Coordinate with Ops Supt/Customer/Workshop in the movement of spares, component loans or exchange, proper certification/documentation for all components received;
• To play an active role in providing assistance to Bay MP, MPEX for all work requirements;
• Ensure all completed check packages are dispatched to Tech Record within KPI;
• Attend all necessary and require meeting with customers and various divisions; &
• Carry out any other duties as assigned。

3) Planner (Check Packaging)

Roles and responsibilities

• Adherence to Planning milestones
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders and airlines on queries relating to the aircraft maintenance work package.
• Creation of aircraft maintenance check package revision through SAP
• Preparation and distribution of Works Program for the aircraft maintenance check.
• Preparation and distribution of Daily Shortage Sheet (DSS).
• Raising of Purchase Request (PR) for Purchase On Behalf (POB).
• Preparation and distribution of Planned Transit Listing for In-house and Out-house repair / exchange / overhaul.
• Managing and keeping track of KPIs related to aircraft check preparations
• Set up Input Meeting [virtual or physical meeting] including invitation of customer reps

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, having some experience working with Microsoft Excel and using simple formulas, filtering, sorting would be advantageous)

Job Summary

• The Regional Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing channel sales of Label Products focusing on the Indochina and emerging markets.
• This role will work in close collaboration with both our product marketing team and sales organizations to develop and execute sales strategy for products, services, and solutions including mobilizing strategies for new products, leading sales enablement efforts internally as well as externally, and supports relationship advancement opportunities within this key partnership, leveraging on Company’s advantage.
• The Business Development Executive demonstrates strong portfolio knowledge and understanding of value proposition to key decision makers, delivers high impact sales presentations and engagement opportunities amongst sales professional peers and senior leadership, and leverages relationships across internal business units and partners to deliver outlined results.

Key Accountabilities

• Generate and drive new solutions and business ideas with theCompany Labels printers
• Train and provide consultation to all sales companies (Products Managers, Technical Engineers) of the latest trends in the market and possible solutions with Labels products
• Incorporate knowledge of the industry to partner with stakeholders to develop market right products, support materials and pricing recommendations across all label solutions
• Engage with end-users; i.e to visit and propose new solutions by presentation and demonstration of the solutions and understand customers’ requirements and needs through effective communication

• Engage 3rd party vendors to evaluate and consider integration of the products to new trending solution
