Job Descriptions:

• Providing massage services listed in brochure.

• Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions.

• Ensuring clean, safe and well-organized spa facility.

• Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout shift.

• Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.

• Sterilizing equipment.

• Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.

• Consulting customers to identify appropriate massage services.

• Maintaining records and filing documentation.

• Complying with all applicable standards, rules and regulations.

Working Hour:

• 8 - 12 hours per day (To be discussed during interview)

• 6 days work week (Including Weekends)

Salary:

• Commission based ($3000- $6000 or more)

Requirements:

• Minimally a secondary education certificate (SPM or N’ levels)

• Singapore Massage Certificate (advantage)

• Experience in providing massage services (advantage)

• Training will be provided for those who do not have experience

Able to promote lounge food and drinks, able to handle customer request and build up customer relation, improve lounge image. Able to delicate workscope of waiter and waiteress, plan work detail and to calculate commission earned for all staffs, create idea and events to bring up sales profit for company.

• Handle enquires from customers through/from/via emails, faxes, telephones, letters, or other communication channels
• Advise customers of product availabilities, delivery dates, delivery location etc
• Take care of filing correspondence, coordinate, handle shipping and delivery documents, and negotiate LC to banks
• Processing documents for sales meeting, tracking sales records and take parts in sales meeting
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth deliveries
• Processing and updating of PO/records in the system
• Verify orders confirmation and supplier invoices against PO/System, inform supply chain for any discrepancy
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Min GCE 'O' Level
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in this position

Essential Job Functions

· Assist the project team to ensure timely execution of projects such as maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and logistics as required.

· Attend project meetings and follow up of important action items from the meeting

· Prepare design submissions and presentations such as schematic diagrams, cable routings, and other layouts.

· Prepares and submit Access Clearance documents required prior to start work on site.

· Administrative aspects in purchase requisitions, including checking the inventory prior to ordering of materials

· Assist in the preparations of sales project handover and order entry to ERP

· Maintain project documentation tracking and filing both hard copies and soft copies.

· Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Project & Operations, Engineering/Solution, Procurements and Finance

· Complete and update weekly reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook

· Proficient in AutoCAD

· Preferably with at least 1-year experience in the Construction industry in Singapore
