Responsibilities

As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. You would need to work proactively to coordinate with the contractor on the ground for the execution and take corrective and preventive actions of lessons learned, due diligently to prevent reoccurrence. You are responsible for performing utilities turn-on after installation is completed. • Be a member of the leadership team to achieve the vision and mission of the National GaN Technology Centre (NGTC).
• Lead the Technology, Engineering and Industry team in technology road mapping and R&D pathfinding in device architecture, fabrication process technology, and MMIC design.
