Data from engine sensors come from the field via an internet connection, and the digital tool uses both artificial intelligence and rules set up by engine experts.

The engines we monitor are primarily on ships under maintenance agreements with a dedicated team of Wärtsilä experts delivering services for the customer. We send regular notifications and monthly reports to customers, proactively maintaining the engines' good condition.

We are now looking for reinforcements to our office in Finland (Vaasa or Turku) or Singapore. Your background can be in marine operation (chief engineer, etc.), engine field service, R&D, engine manufacturing, or similar. Understanding the correlation between various engine operational parameters is essential to being successful in this role. Problem Management

• Ensure that the Problem Manager plays a pivotal role in building a problem management procedure for the support teams to follow.

Responsibilities:
