The new Centre for Investor Protection aims to undertake independent research, public education and related activities to promote the improvement of investor protection in Singapore and beyond. Projects conducted by the centre should have significant implications for policy and practices relating to investor protection. The key types of research and activities to be conducted are:

(c) Public education seminars and workshops

The Research Manager will report to the centre Director and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the centre’s projects. • Collaborate with marketing team to create marketing strategy that increases sales by driving more traffic and conversion via online channels.

• At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management, Marketing or other related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Preferable if familiar with Salesforce & Ungerboeck and/or other similar CRM and Event and Venue Management software.
• Strong MarTech and E-Commerce marketing capabilities such as proficiency in Adobe, SEO would be preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Job Description:

• Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
• Negotiate agreement terms, manage construction contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain permits to analyze and mitigate risks.
• Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met.
• Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
• Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirements.
• Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
