To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 15 years of relevant experience with the later years in the capacity of a Finance Director within the energy or industrial sector. • Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.

• Collaborate with the local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop visually compelling designs that align with client’s and Visa’s brand strategy.

• Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain brand guidelines across all projects.

• Provide Tier-3 Technical Support to customers and partners across JAPAC
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
• Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
