- Assist managers in staff training on food and beverage offering, bar operational procedures and quality service standards.

- Assist with bar opening and closing duties. Tasks will range and not be limited at cleaning and clearing tables, table set-up and polishing silverware.

- Maintenance of the outlet hygiene and cleanliness standards.

- Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the service process.

- Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.

- Reports to managers when encountered any issue during the service.

Requirements:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer concerns promptly and accurately.
