Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing/negotiation with various suppliers and subcontractors from company’s vender’s list for pricing/quality/service, to ensure cost competitiveness and service to meet company requirement;
• Keep update of purchase order into company costing system;
• Make monthly purchase report;
• Update vender list of suppliers and subcontractors, build up and update direct contact with local and overseas makers;
• Build up and update data base of company production consumables, ship store supply and ship spares for quotation and purchase purpose;
• Prepare documents including delivery order and apply related permits for ship’s repairs at request;
• Assist for operations arrangement, such as coordination with ship’s agent, superintendent, sub-contractors and our repair team for daily operation if necessary;
• Assist for quotation of ship store and spare supply if necessary;

Job Requirements:

• With relevant experience in Marine Industry / Ship Chandler would be an advantage

• Conducts daily audits of Guest Services Agents’ appearance, grooming and hygiene and takes daily briefing.
• Oversees associate posting, behavior and posture at the main lobby area as well as entrance (inside and outside premises), access corridors and lifts.
• Evaluates per shift checklist, and ensures all tasks are completed.
• Supervises and assists Guest Services Agents in planning, documentation, along with all of their tasks at the Customer Service desk.
• Conducts On-The-Job training for all Guest Services Agents.
• Conducts periodic high balance check in coordination with accounting department.
• Double check next day’s arrivals list daily, ensuring the accuracy of all bookings, room assignments and any related resident requests.

• Conducts Night Audit Tasks based on established procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare daily reports for Management and ensure accuracy.
• Familiarizes herself/himself with billing and credit policies to effectively handle and process billing requirements.

AWS Infrastructure is looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical, Supply Chain Manager with demonstrated experience driving process improvement.

This role manages (contract manufacturing) vendor(s) critical to the successful fulfillment of hardware to AWS data centers globally. The role is primarily responsible for Site Performance (output, quality, efficiency, costs), CM Partner Relationship Management. The primary performance metrics associated with this- role are target daily / weekly output, SLA adherence as an input to AIS Capacity Delivery Reliability (CDR), First Pass Yield and on-time NPI readiness for all rack types enabled within the region. Secondary metrics include staffed site capacity utilization, Clear-To-Build, server bone-pile, and Racks-in-Transit (RIT).

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in Supply chain management/Vendor management
• Experience in data centers products mfg. or infrastructure service provider, or manufacturing
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time

• Assisting in setting up the test equipment for production and engineering team.
• Handle all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics
• At least 2 years of experience with Advantest 93000/Teradyne J750.
• Able to work rotating 12-hr shift

Responsibilities

1. Cloud Architecture Design: Design and implement cloud-based solutions for scalability, security and performance. Utilize the Volcano Engine Cloud Computing Platform to support automotive industry applications.

2. Pre-sales and after-sales support: Collaborate with the sales team to expand business in areas such as autonomous driving, intelligent networking, and automotive simulation. Provide technical consulting and architecture guidance throughout the pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales stages.

3. Cloud migration: Assist customers in deploying or migrating systems to the Volcano Engine Cloud Computing Platform and maximizing the benefits of Cloud Services.

4. Customer engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to your customers, understand their business, technical and operational needs, and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Minimum qualifications:

- Engineering Bachelor degree and above.

- At least 5 years of Cloud Service experience, and at least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on major Cloud Computing platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

- Possess extensive knowledge of Cloud Service products and services, including computing, storage, networking, security, databases, etc., and have experience in designing cloud solutions.

- Familiar with the automotive industry, with experience in designing cloud solutions for automotive industry customers (including but not limited to autonomous driving, intelligent networking, simulation, and digital marketing).

- Experience working with automotive OEMs and suppliers in consulting or solution architecture.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
