Requirement

• Bachelor of Law Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as an in-house counsel for a multinational organization.
• Good knowledge and experience in commercial law and contract negotiations.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup style environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills, an eye for detail.

• Support delivery of briefings, trainings, and engagement sessions, including related administrative and logistical matters.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up on tasks such as notes of meeting and action items.
• Assist in the development, implementation and review of programmes and services to build the social sector’s capability.
• Assist in development and analysis of feedback and evaluations.
• Develop resource materials for training and supervision.
• Conduct trainings and briefings.
• Review existing training and briefing materials, where applicable.
• Conceptualise and implement organizational development initiatives (e.g. Director’s engagement sessions).
• Other tasks related to supporting Adult Protection work.
