About the Role

• Responsible for the overall design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of risk and compliance program that is focused on regulatory, and sales (market conduct) compliance, whilst ensuring its alignment with business objectives and IW’s strategic directions.

• Oversee quality assurance associated with due diligence and transaction monitoring reviews with the use of data analytics, early warning system reports and AML Systems
• Prepare regular AML/CFT/ABC related management reports to various stakeholders.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement (such as automation opportunities, revised operational workflows) and partner with AIA SG Risk and Compliance teams to streamline relevant IW’s risk and compliance operational processes

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the production and reporting progress
• Strategizing the development process, including raw materials and machinery
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured
• Assist in auto-cad drawings and drafting
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor when necessary.

Requirements:

· Polytechnic diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Electrical knowledge.

· At least 2 years’ experience in similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive brand research, market analysis, and consumer behaviour studies to inform strategic decisions and brand positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to develop insights and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Establish and maintain streamlined processes to optimise efficiency and maintain brand integrity across various touchpoints.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related role, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
• Proven track record in conducting brand research, developing impactful brand strategies, and guiding successful brand initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
