What You Will Be Doing:

Marketing Campaign Development:

Assist in crafting impactful influencer marketing campaigns for our local and international clients.

Client Interaction:

Join client meetings and exciting networking events, contributing your ideas to create compelling influencer marketing proposals.

Regional Exposure:

Gaining valuable experience liaising with and supporting both local and overseas clients through their onboarding process.

Influencer Research:

Become the Sherlock Holmes of influencer marketing! Manage the research and profiling of local and international influencers.

Creative Contribution:

Shape campaigns from scratch by preparing engaging campaign briefs for influencers.

Event Planning:

Be at the forefront of influencer events. You will get to plan and host these exciting local/overseas media launch.

Content Creation: Flex your creative muscles by contributing to the development of content for Taproot’s website and social media pages.

Operational Support:

Help keep our operations running smoothly by providing support in adhoc basic administrative work.

FUNERAL ASSISTANT

• To supervise and assist in the collection of deceased from House, Hospitals,

Home, Wharf, Port, etc.

• To ensure that the name tag is on the ankle of the deceased.

• To supervise and assist in dressing and placing the deceased into the

casket.

• To ensure that the pallbearers and staff do not take anything from the

mortuary or belongings of the deceased.

• To supervise and assist in sending the casket and the deceased to the

destination of the funeral wake area.

• To perform Emcee service as and when requested by the customers.

• To supervise and conduct the funeral at Choa Chu Kang Cemetery, Tse Tho Aum,

Kong Meng San, Mandai Crematorium, etc.

• To check and help out in the cleaning and washing of all funeral accessories,

parlors toilets, staircase, garage, windows, etc. and tidy up the area.

• clean the hearse and van assigned to you.

• To cover compulsory overtime whenever requested by the Company.

• To drive all vehicles according to the validity of the driving license as assigned

by the management, where applicable.

• coordinate with the relevant departments for further delegation of

assignments.

• To supervise exhumation procedures both theory and practical.

• assist in the collection & transferring of ashes.

• To assist in the sea burial.

• assist in spa treatment for the deceased.

• To liaise with bereaved families for the arrangement of collection, sending, and

funeral procedure of their loved ones (deceased).

• assist in administration duties whenever required and take up changes in

assignments allocated by the management.

• To carry out general cleaning as assigned by the management.
