You will be overseeing and guiding a team of social workers to provide excellent and transformative support to the vulnerable children and youth in residential care and their families. You will also oversee social work practice for Youth Development Centre and incubation social work services. You will need to have excellent administration skills as you will need to oversee your team to ensure that Standards of Care, licensing and governance requirements are met.
