In this position you will join our Singapore Infrastructure business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

• Assisting in the delivery of notable Transport and Infrastructure projects to meet deadlines.

• Prepare project drawings for submission to clients.

• Revision of work plans in consultation with other C&S drafters & Engineers.

• Generate documentation, coordinate drafting work, and establish drafting standards specific to Singapore regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a regular update of proper register and filing of all project drawings according to the Company’s standards and procedures.

• Coordinate with relevant parties, such as project managers, to send updates and revisions of drawings.

• A consistent & stable working history within similar engineering consulting environment/s, with proficiency in MicroStation & AutoCAD. BIM & Revit skills will be an advantage.

• Min 5 - 8 years in drafting experience in civil infrastructure and construction projects.

• Strong knowledge on road, drainage and sewer alignment, utilities diversion, tree felling, paving and reinstatement drawings, C&S structural systems and detailing.

• Familiar with the submission requirements to the local authorities. Possess good understanding of Singapore code of practices, rules and regulations for construction industry.

• Lead the setup of our state-of-the-art NAD lab in Singapore, contributing scientific insights to guide equipment selection, capability development, and testing protocol creation.
• Be the key technical lead in NAD, advancing personal knowledge, enhancing intellectual property, and strengthening the company's capabilities.
• Take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing project timelines to ensure timely results.
• Adapt swiftly to unforeseen projects, showcasing your ability to reorganize workloads for immediate attention.
• Develop strong relationships with influential technical decision-makers, both externally with customers and internally for technology development choices.

Job Description

· Assist in creating and executing plans for sales, profit and staff development

· Assist in managing filing system and read company emails

· Provide effective leadership to the production team to ensure targets are met

· Coordinate the entire operation of the central kitchen during scheduled shifts

· Respond to complaints. Ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers

· Ensure that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards

· Conduct orientation and training & coach new trainees

· Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties

· Update GRN and perform e-Procurement

· Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

· Ensure the strict compliance by all production staff to company’s standard operating procedures
