This position is for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). We are seeking a visionary leader with exceptional organizational and time management skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive, in his capacity as CTO, shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

Support the CEO in setting the strategic direction of the company. This includes setting long and short-term goals, approving business plans and policies, and reviewing the company's financial performance.

• Research and Development (R&D): Spearhead all R&D initiatives, develop the R&D team to drive continuous technological innovation, so as to design and develop new cutting-edge and integrated Cooling Solutions, products that can be converted into patents and intellectual assets.
• R&D and Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the design and development of the all requisite technology infrastructure in terms of Test-Labs, Equipment and Simulation Tools in collaboration with strategic partners and institutions. .
• R&D Technology infrastructure Partners Management and Evaluation: Identify, evaluate and manage all technology infrastructure partners and alliances to support our R&D and Technology infrastructure development.
• Team Development: Build and manage a top-tier technology team to oversee R&D and Technology Infrastructure project management.
• Consultancy and Coach: Serve as a technology consultant and coach to all department heads to ensure the successful implementation of all new products and technological solutions to all projects.
• Succession Planning: Plans for the succession of senior management team for the R&D continuity of leadership.

What you will do

• Manage site operations and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools

• Ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process

• Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimates…)

• Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site

• Implement key internal control processes regarding site assets

• Support plant operations Continuous Improvement and monitor site productivity plans (labour, overheads, material)

• Manage site accounting support and interface for tax credit, grants and subsidies

• Elaborate and report all information related to profitability analysis

• Support Operations management control by ensuring proper supply of all costing information

Roles & Responsibilities

· Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes.

· Oversee the hiring and training food production personnel.

· Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety.

· Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.

· Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.

· Develop and promote new food products to boost sales and increase generated returns.

· Allot work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history.

· Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets.

· Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project.

· Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities.

· Create work shifts to ensure round-the-clock food production operations.

· Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products.

· Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions.

· Carry out surveys to identify customer requirements and adjust to meet such needs.

Job Brief

We are looking for an F&B Manager to run our F&B Operations. You are the Ambassador of the Crown Coffee brand and will be responsible in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and upholding the café standards.

You will be familiar with the café story and will share with our customers regarding the different product descriptions and upsell whenever possible. Good knowledge of coffee is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all F&B operations (Bytes Station hybrid food stall/ takeaway concept and central kitchen), including closing down and setting up of outlets
• Product R&D on coffee and non-coffee beverages for ELLA The Robot Barista
• Oversee food menu creation with the chefs
• Oversee quality control for all outlets
• Manage inventory procurement and ensure accurate stock take
• Prepare sales, inventory, and other reports for submission to management
• Manage product cost control and pricing
• Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures
• Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
• Ensure a great customer experience
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
• Responsible and be able to direct hire, train, and schedule service personnel
• Execute marketing and promotional activities as required
• Manage events at our outlets
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Education & Experience:

• Min. Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience in F&B Operations
• Demonstrated experience in store operations, inventory management and report updates to Management
• Good leadership, performance management, coaching and problem-solving skills
• Regional/ International F&B experience in setting up franchises, brick and mortal stores, or e-commerce advantegeous

Responsibilities:

· Operates and maintains lathe and milling machines

· Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production

· Takes precise measurements for cutting or shaping

· Select appropriate machine and settings for a given task.

· Plan proper sequence of task to complete the assignment

· Monitor production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary

· Check output for quality assurance and documents or discard defects

· Indentifies need for and performs machines maintenance and minor repairs

· Maintains a safe and clean workstation

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· Excellent coordination and mechanical skills

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety

· Solid written and verbal communications skills

· Proficient in math

· Basic computer skills

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive task

· ITE(NITEC), Higher NITEC or equivalent

· No experience but with great interest in machinist job

· Experience working with machine tools or mechanical assembly

· Working knowledge of safety protocols

· Apprenticeship or vocational training preferred
