ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good command of English (oral & written), preferably know other languages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of the overall marketing & brand communications of programmes
• Maintain and build excellent public relations and media relations
• Provide support in marketing and company-wide initiatives
• Copywrite communication materials and articles for web and marketing collaterals
• Ensure updates and relevancy on the website, brochures and all marketing-related materials
• Liaise with Creative Team for overall conceptualization and production of marketing materials and projects
• Execute A&P activities
• Media buying and monitoring of ads
• Assist in events such as roadshows, exhibitions and seminars
• Tracking of Budget and monthly A&P reporting duties
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of design related materials for audit purposes
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields with 1-3 years of prior experience in advertising, brand communications, e-commerce and digital media
• Meticulous executor with a keen eye for details
• Good interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills
• Detail oriented, strong organisational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of digital mediums, including digital media
• Relevant experience in graphic design and knowledge in basic photography and videography will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and flash will be an added advantage.

Job Scope:

• Work as a team player as a part of our dynamic after-sales support team to deliver a excellent experience for customers
• Deliver a strong customer experience by explaining procedure and troubleshoot process to customers.
• Perform Performance Testing and Troubleshooting to ensure systems remain in peak form.
• Diagnosis and troubleshoot both software and hardware PC Issues

Job Requirements:

• Possess NITEC or Diploma in Information technology or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop/IT Support
• Customer service centric mindset is a must
• Experience working as a computer Technician would be a bonus
• Passion for both PC Hardware and Software
• Understanding of popular game titles and professional applications a plus
